- Preparation of marketing researches, research of competitive field
- Study of target audience, efficiency of conducted promo actions
- Formation of targets and tasks of advertising policy
- Creation of marketing program on promotion of products and services
- Development, implementation and control over realization of promo programs, i.e. image support, promotion (advertising concepts and concept of holding PR campaigns, holding of exhibitions and presentations)
Main requirements:
- Higher education (economy and marketing)
- Working experience: 1-3 years

- PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus)
- Working experience with Mass Media, participation in arrangement and conduct of diverse events (promo actions, press-conferences, presentations)
- English knowledge

Legal adviser (Kyiv)Main obligations:
- Legal analytical and methodological support of company activity
- Control over adherence to the law on contents and forms of internal documents drawn by the company
- Preparation of agreements and other legal documents
- GII Registration
Main requirements:
- Higher education (legal)
- Not less than 2 years working experience in financial sector
- Age: from 23;
- PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus)
- English knowledge
- Knowledge in economic and civil law
- Knowledge in normative and legal base in the field of securities, joint investment, construction, management of assets belonging to non-state pension funds, insurance companies

Assets management specialist (Kyiv)Main obligations:
- Selection and analysis of investment instruments
- Formation of investment portfolio on defined risk level
- Management of investment portfolio
- Analysis of stock and out-of-stock information on securities market
- Drawing of NPF and GII reports and documents
Main requirements:
- Higher education (economy)
- Not less that 2 years working experience
- Age: from 25
- PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus)
- English knowledge
- Knowledge in investment, financial, economic analysis, portfolio management, the law on assets management
- State committee in securities and exchange market certificate on managing assets (desirable)
